Class Descriptions

Move It- Lift It:

Low-impact, total body strength training focused on endurance and core strength using a variety of free weights.

 

Lunch Crunch:

A quick, total body workout to boost strength, mobility, stability, and endurance with weights, cardio drills, and core exercises—perfect for a midday stress reliever.

 

Work-It! Circuit:

A cardio circuit that targets different muscle groups with short rest periods, including core challenges for a fun and effective workout.

 

Walk This Weigh:

Join the Walking Club to stay fit, socialize, and enjoy the benefits of walking, such as weight control, reduced anxiety, and improved mood.

 

Stability Ball:

A full-body workout using a stability ball to enhance strength, balance, and coordination, with some exercises incorporating free weights.

 

Witness the Fitness:

A total body circuit combining strength, cardio bursts, and core exercises.

 

Build and Burn: 

A boot camp-style workout that builds muscle, increases strength, and burns fat using dumbbells, mini-bands, and bodyweight exercises.

 

Friday Flex:

A station-based cardio and strength class targeting different muscle groups with varying equipment. The last Friday of each month focuses on individual mat/equipment workouts.

 

Endure-Strength-Flow: 

A well-rounded fitness class with endurance for cardio, strength for fat burning, and flow for flexibility.

 

Pump and Sculpt: 

A combination of resistance bands and free weights to build total body strength, with integrated cardio for heart health.

 

Werk It:

A full-body workout with heavy weights and cardio bursts.

 

Spin 60:

A high-energy 60-minute cycling class with sprints, climbs, and intervals to boost endurance and burn calories. Perfect for all levels, this ride will leave you energized and accomplished!

 

Power Tone Flow: 

This high-energy class blends strength training with fluid movements to tone muscles, boost endurance, and increase flexibility. Get ready to sculpt your body and enhance your overall fitness!

Total Body Blast: 

                This class with mix muscle and cardio together in 45/15 interval setting.                         This is open to all fitness levels welcome! 

 

HIIT Happens:

Both are advanced high-intensity cardio and strength training class. This session is designed for those ready to push their limits with challenging exercises that are definitely not for beginners. Get ready for a workout that will elevate your fitness to the next level!

Kick Boxing Circuit:

This workout combines kickboxing with strength training, using various equipment and stations to target different muscle groups. Get ready to move between stations and challenge yourself!

 

Breathing into Balance: 

A rejuvenating class focused on using mindful breathing and gentle stretching to restore balance between your mind and body. This session is designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

 

3 PILLARS WITH LUIS:

 A comprehensive workout designed to enhance mobility, endurance, and strength—the three core pillars of fitness. This class blends dynamic stretching and movement exercises to improve flexibility and joint mobility, intense cardio routines to build stamina, and strength training to develop muscle power and stability. 



CARDIO BURST HIIT:

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout pushes your heart rate into the anaerobic zone, training all your energy systems. This not only boosts your fitness but also burns more calories during and after your workout.

 

Full Body Blitz:

  A high-energy workout that targets every muscle group, combining strength and cardio for maximum results. Get ready to build power, endurance, and burn serious calories!

 

Cyclone Spin:

An intense, fast-paced cycling class designed to torch calories and build lower body strength. Ride through sprints, climbs, and intervals for a heart-pounding workout!

 

Total Body Circuit:

A dynamic workout that blends strength, cardio, and core exercises for a full-body challenge. Perfect for boosting endurance, toning muscles, and burning calories!

 

True Grit:

Triathlon Spin:

An endurance-focused cycling class that mimics the intensity of a triathlon. Gear up for long rides, hill climbs, and sprints that build stamina and power!
